Demand for system to system integration is becoming more prevalent as more platforms are introduced that do not communicate with one another. We fill that communication gap by transmitting and translating data from point A to point B, and vice versa.

Job Information

Job Duties:

  • Java or C# programmer including business rules and GUI design
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server a plus
  • Ability to design and implement new features in existing programs or new programs
  • Able to work alone and as part of a team
  • Able to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Able to meet realistic design deadlines
  • Good work ethic
  • Highly self-motivated and assertive attitude towards reaching

Title Support and Customer Service Rep

Job Duties:

  • Perform interface implementations and support requests to new and existing clients
  • Ability to coordinate and schedule with clients to deliver and configure software products
  • Ability to develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to identify and meet critical milestones and deadlines
  • Be able to manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously
  • Be able to communicate effectively with clients for scheduling and coordination of support sessions with clients for error resolution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as well as co-workers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party vendors involved with delivery, configuration and/or troubleshooting of interfaces
  • Work with various internal departments to ensure a smooth project delivery including development, IT, Sales, Accounts Receivable and Administration
  • Highly self-motivated and assertive attitude towards resolving client issues as they are presented

  • Job Duties:
    • Answer and direct phone calls during business hours, including screening calls from solicitors
    • Scheduling and maintaining calendars for meetings, events and additional items
    • Take meeting minutes and process them into internal docs
    • Perform basic Human Resources responsibilities
    • Perform bookkeeping duties that range from simple to complex tasks and procedures
    • Assisting in developing and perfecting presentation materials using MS-Power Point
    • Researching and solving issues as they arise
    • Planning and coordinating staff attendance to national tradeshows
    • Ability to handle multiple changing and confidential issues
    • Communicate effectively with senior executives
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as well as co-workers
    • Ability to anticipate change and react efficiently
